Kimmy Dee Winnubst is an art educator for Garland Independent School District in Garland, Texas.  She believes that “Art is one of the most significant and influential things on the planet—just examine what is left from past civilizations.” Kimmy Dee is also a professional artist who mainly enjoys painting, but also works in a variety of other media including collage works in 3-D and clay.
